Security camera/recording device
The property has security cameras and also a Ring door Bell. The cameras overlook the Driveways, Front entrance, over pool equipment, Camera also covers the Pool / Bar/ Golf course and Basketball court.
Pool/hot tub without a gate or lock
The Pool is not heated, but the Spa / Hot Tub is. All equipment is on timers and can be modified at request.
Carbon monoxide alarm
There are 2 carbon monoxide sensors in the main room and one in the kitchen area.
Smoke alarm
There are smoke alarms assigned in all the rooms.

Amenity Limitations
As this property is located on a farm we have some of the below limitations and request guests to be careful and mindful.
- Pool is 7.5ft deep coming off the slide.
- We have a septic tank for the bathrooms and heavy loads or too many people, or bathroom paper can cause flooding.
- 2-hours free propane for barbeque, hot-tub, or firepit. Additional charges may apply.

Limited Tesla charging available.
Must climb stairs
5 steps lead to the house but also accessible with a wheelchair.
Some spaces are shared
This is a farmhouse on 5 acres of land. We have a barn and farm in the back of the property approx 1 acre from the main house. This is occupied by the host and is not for guests to access.
