About the Space
Located next to the Tracy Sky-Dive center, this 2970-sq. ft house contains 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It features a large circular driveway in the enclosed private space to make ingress and egress easier.
Indoor Capacity
Our rental space can house 12 people comfortably overnight. However, extra charges will be given when you invite additional visitors.

- Kindly pre-approve your event or stay prior to booking.
- Please coordinate with us to get security and insurance measures for your large events.
- Since there are no neighbors nearby, loud parties are allowed as long as you’ve asked for permission before booking.
- Do not bring out any glassware to the backyard.
- Your deposit will be deducted if you lose or misplace the TV and pool remotes.
- Unlisted additional guests found at the property will be charged double the normal rates. Payment for these visitors will be deducted from your deposit.
